- GGGlenn GrayDec 7, 20191.0I haven’t gone to Papa John’s in a long time, Seen they had a meatball specialty pizza which looked really good online. So we ordered one. The picture online shows lots of meatballs and pepperoni everywhere. The pizza I got was very different. Some slices didn’t have a meatball. I called down there and he said it was a new pizza and that is why. They are still working on getting it right. Gave me a free one for the next time I come in. So let’s try it again. Two weeks later I order. Go to pick it up, and some man at the counter is having a fit because they messed his pizza up and gave him the wrong toppings on each side. Then they bring mine out to me and instead of being a meatball it’s a meat specially with sausage and ham and pepperoni. I didn’t even bother to tell them. I didn’t have time to wait for them to make it again so I just took the pizza and left. I figured I’ll never go there again. The only reason they get 1 Star is the people behind the counter seemed friendly.
