- DMDavid MatteoAug 28, 20261.0I ordered two original pizzas on August 24th. I got them home, and they were both so overcooked the crusts were like crackers. I brought them back to the store and told the manager I would like two new pizzas. There were two other employees in the store and I was the only customer. The manager started remaking my pizza. One of the employees was sitting down staring at her phone while the other was standing with a broom in one hand, scrolling on his phone with the other. The guy with the broom was in the kitchen with long hair not tied back, wearing bedroom slippers and filthy white socks. The manager was the only one working. I received my pizzas and they were not as overcooked as the first two, but still not right. I would assume their oven was too hot. I would highly recommend you go anywhere else for a pizza. This place has gone steadily downhill over the last few years and I think it has finally hit rock bottom.
- JJJeremiahJun 11, 20261.0Probably the worst Papa Johns franchise in North Carolina. And it's not a recent issue......this location has been horrible for 10+ years. You're better off buying a frozen pizza at the grocery store.
- DDDuvon DavisApr 1, 20191.0This is my second time ordering from this disgusting Papa John's. I ordered my pizza for delivery and they were two hours late getting the pizza to me. On top of that, not only was the pizza cold, but when I open the box of pizza it was all flip and bent and different types of ways! I hope people read this, so they want have this same experience! I truly wish I could post the picture of my pizza somehow.
