I pulled up to explain what was happening and the drive thru worker gave me a blank stare and said well you’ll just have to go back in line and she was already dealing with a disgruntled customer. However, I was just trying to let them know what was happening. She then walked away from me and said we have a disgruntled customer. This was very disrespectful and the manager explained she was a new employee. I said I was just explaining what was happening and didn’t even get an apology for the error. That’s when the manager apologized. At that point I was completed disappointed with the whole franchise and will never go there again.
