I always use moblie order, half the time you order and I get an email saying opps there is something wrong with the order so its never done. Tonight I ordered at 724 pm my usual large mango pineapple limeade refresher on the app go and they tell me they don't have any limeade or lemonade only green tea. I don't like green tea im just like refund it then, they tell me they can't refund me my money through the moble app. Um excuse me I've already been charge and your telling me you can't make my drink. This point just give me it with green tea. They tell me too pull forward saying they made a fresh batch of lemonade and hands me a med drink. I didn't even drink it, I don't trust it. How are you telling me you dont have lemonade then you make a fresh batch from the time I'm at the speaker to the window. Just pour customer service all around.

I always order the same thing. The avocado toast with bacon. It is never consistent. This morning the bread was barely toasted. I really wouldn't consider it toasted. There were maybe three small pieces, not slices of bacon on top. I don't expect for there to be a lot on there but come on. There should be at least one full piece chopped up. I paid extra for this bacon to be added. I have gotten it where it was actually good and cooked. This morning the tiny little pieces were not done and mostly fat. I just took them off and ate the toast. A waste of money! I have found here lately that is what you get here. It is never consistent, probably because of turn over. They have messed up my order so many times and I would have to go back in to let them know. I thought I would give them another chance but this is it for me. This location needs a lot of improvement.

- MCMaggie CollinsJun 10, 20261.0I travel a lot for work. I’ve been to many different Dunkin’s across many different states. This is BY FAR, the worst one I have ever experienced. Not only did I sit in the drive through for over 30 minutes but they messed up my order so horribly I took one sip and threw it out. As soon as they handed it to me, I knew it was wrong but I didn’t have anymore time to wait. During my 30 minute wait I wanted to leave the drive through and just give up, however the building is so horrible designed that once you’re in line there is virtually no way out. The guy at the window was useless. He stood there and did nothing while the poor lady in the back made every drink by herself and also took the drive through orders. Thank you Dunkin for a waste of time and money.
