- NMNoah MMay 2, 20261.0Great chic-fil-a. I have a specific complaint. There was a guy here that arrived, didn't purchase anything, sat at a giant table by himself and he set up his laptop and several electronics. He worked on his laptop for over an hour, loudly humming to music in his headphones. He took up a giant table at a crowded time of day and we had nowhere to sit because the staff had no initiative to fix this situation. The staff were kind and the food was good. I love this chain restaurant. I just think these situations require some intervention. This guy has been here 90 minutes. Sucks that the staff have to deal with his intrusion but that's part of the job, I have worked in the fast food industry for a while and part of the gig is kicking out people. It's not easy for sure, I get it.
