I walk in, straight to the ice cream since that’s what I came here for, no one else in line, and I start looking at the options. There are a few flavors clearly mislabeled. Chocolate looking ice cream with a “beach day” label, etc. Beach day is supposed to be vanilla based. Anyway, I decided on my choice and happily looked in the direction of the two girls working there. I stare at them. They continue talking to each other. One was cleaning. The other was just standing there. I saunter towards them. Nary a look, glance, a “Welcome! How can I help you?” from them. Nothing. I see a terminal to place my order. I do that. I sit and wait. I fiddle around on my phone for a bit. Remember, no one else is in line. No one in the drive through line either. No one else is present. After roughly 20 minutes of being in this establishment, I said to my boyfriend “I do not know what to do” and he gently got up and walked to the front. He firmly stated to the nearest worker, “Hi! I’m here for the order for Julie.” And another worker suddenly showed up. All three of them had a “Oh sh💩” look on their faces, like they were in trouble. It’s so crazy to me, to walk into a place of business, attempt to purchase one of their products, and be treated like they are annoyed and confused that I’m there. Also, they gave me the tiniest scoop of ice cream in this massive waffle cone. It looked ridiculous. I know I ordered one scoop, but there’s always a little more given to fill up the cone. Also, the waffle cone was stale. It’s probably been there since January (it’s August). No eye contact whatsoever during this entire process. I don’t need to make friends whenever I go get a donut or ice cream, but I expect the tiniest sliver of common decency. Especially when your job is serving food. This place needs to do better.

Joining the Birthday Club is free and easy! Simply create a Baskin-Robbins account in the BR App or online & complete your profile to join the Birthday Club. (You must be 13 or older to sign up.)
How will I get my birthday rewards?
Your birthday coupons will be automatically added to your account in the BR App on your birthday; head to the BR App on your special day to redeem!
Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.
Please note: Primary account holders will receive birthday coupons for the whole family
After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.

How do I redeem my guest survey coupon?
To redeem this offer during your next visit to Baskin-Robbins, simply present the QR code you receive via email to be scanned at the time of purchase, or print the coupon and bring it with you during your visit.**

Does Baskin-Robbins sell gift cards?
Yes. You can purchase standard gift cards in our shops and on the BR App, and custom gift cards online through our trusted third-party vendor, in any denomination between $2 and $100. Use your gift card to pay for purchases at participating Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin’ locations in the United States. You cannot use your Baskin-Robbins gift cards to purchase items online or in the BR App.
Where can I buy a Baskin-Robbins gift card?
You can purchase gift cards at a Baskin-Robbins shop near you. You can also purchase mobile gift cards in the BR App.
Can I buy Baskin-Robbins gift cards in bulk?
Yes. Registered businesses can purchase $500 or more in Baskin-Robbins gift cards from the Inspire Brands Corporate Gift Card Program. Visit here, or email bulkgiftcards@inspirebrands.com if you have questions about this program.
Where can I use my Baskin-Robbins gift card?
Our gift cards are accepted at participating Baskin-Robbins locations, Dunkin’/Baskin-Robbins combo locations and Dunkin’ locations in the U.S. only.
What if my Baskin-Robbins gift card is lost or stolen?
Please treat your Baskin-Robbins gift card like cash. We cannot replace it if it is lost or stolen. However, you can register your gift card in the BR App to keep track of it digitally.
Do Baskin-Robbins gift cards expire?
No. Baskin-Robbins gift cards do not expire.
Can I get cash back for my unused Baskin-Robbins gift card?
Baskin-Robbins gift cards may not be redeemed for cash, check, or credit, unless required by law. Use of Baskin-Robbins gift cards constitutes acceptance of these terms.
