  Regular Sunday at 12:45, drive thru had 1 car at the window and every other fast food place in the area had lines around the building so that should have been a sign. I pull up to the speaker and and am asked to wait a minute, should’ve been another sign, the car at the window leaves and then they take my order, just a #1 double with curly fries and a Dr Pepper, basic order, I pull up and pay and get my drink and am asked to pull forward, nobody behind me, I pull up, another car (1) comes through and gets whatever they order and is on their way, I waited 10 minutes and they finally bring out my order. Again this is on me as all the signs were there, but dang, this it’s a fairly new location, how is it this bad already?

  It's clean. The staff was helpful. They take your order here, no kiosk bs. The food was good for Arby's. If you like Arby's you'll like this.

  I waited nearly 15 minutes before anyone took my order at the drive-thru, even though there were already two cars up by the window. I was about to leave when they finally asked for my order after the long wait. Is it normal here for the drive-thru to take this long? After they took my order, I pulled forward, but the two cars ahead of me were still waiting on their food. Is this normal here? It feels like it could take an hour just to get our orders, am I the only one thinking that?

  Ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich and sandwich was drenched in sauce to the point it wasn’t even edible.
