  Awful! Bad food and bad service. I waited 25 mins for burned burger patty covered in mustard on an old crumbly bread. The chicken sandwich was dry as cardboard and didn’t have the cheese or bacon that I ordered. When after 20 mins I finally asked about my food,wait the rude manager said did I want the food or a fund. No let me check on your food, not a sorry, just attitude. My 13 yo said it’s worse than school lunch. You’ve warned. RUN AWAY!

  Pretty basic food. Good if you need something to eat 24hrs. Burgers are a good size also just beef lacking seasoning. Be careful stopping here cause they will conveniently leave things out of your order when handing it to you just like many of the crappy fast food places around here. I have no idea why in the world whataburger is expanding so fast for. wouldnt be surprised to see them go belly up before not to long.

  My wife and grandson were the second people in line at the drive through. It took approximately 15 minutes to get to the window. They were given their drinks immediately. They sat at the window for almost 20 minutes before a different member handed them their food. Their was no "thank you" or "sorry for the delay". The receipt listed ranch dressing and honey bbq sauce. When they got home there was only ketchup. Marginal food quality and very poor customer service. Not a recipe for success.

  This was the worst whataburger Ive been to. The store was clean inside but a black, red(weave)- headed girl at the front had terrible customer service. Our order was wrong and the only thing we asked for was a fry for the kids meal that they forgot to put in the bag and all 5 drinks. She rolled her eyes and walked to the kitchen and never helped us again. I’m pretty easy going but I’ve never come across this bad customer service.

  Waited in the drive-thru line for LITERALLY 20 mins. Would have driven away but was blocked in. When I finally got up to the window, I mentioned the wait time and that the cashier should be prepared for very angry customers. The cashier didn’t apologize, just said he had just come out of the back and he didn’t know. I filled out the customer survey and requested a contact, but it’s been several months now. Their burgers are subpar at best, chicken tenders were okay, but I can get better (including customer service) elsewhere. Won’t be returning!
