  No one to take orders at the counter. No biggie. Restaurant was empty yet I waited almost 15-20 minutes for dry old food! Onion rings tasted like fish. Burger was supposed to have ketchup. It did not! Was dry tasted like the patties sat way beyond the expiration time. Uber looked like they forgot my order and just threw it together. I had to go into the kitchen to ask for ketchup because the young lady that gave me my order, just handed me the food and walked away. No “sorry for the wait”, no “can I get you anything else” zero customer service skills. Not to mention the place was filthy. And my soda was flat tasted like syrup and water! Shut it down and send them packing back to Texas!

  I was the second car parked then another car behind me... I waited 20 minutes before I got out my car to go check on food... waited 8 more minutes in side the restaurant for someone to ask can I help you that didn't happen 🙃

  In area and a friend wanted me to try his favorite burger chain. Everyone one was friendly. A little to noisy with the music. I got the patty melt. Overall a very good sandwich. The cheese melty and the onions are tender, but could be more carmelized. The fries are hot. Like sauces so the choices of ketchup is novel to me. I got the spicy and it did not disappoint. My friend got the regular burger with cheese. He said it is just as he remembered his last one. They delivered the food to the table.

  Why? Why does it take so long to get food here?! I’ve been twice now and likely won’t ever be back. It’s a shame because the food isnt half bad.. once you get it. Both times I’ve literally waited over 35mins for my food. That doesn’t include the time waiting in the drive thru line and ordering (which also took forever). Is this not supposed to be fast food? I could go to any other restaurant in town (fast food or not) and get food faster than that. Do not go here. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

  The employees were very rude and impatient. When I let them know my order was made incorrectly, they were visibly frustrated and proceeded to mess up the order once again. I felt like I was treated like nothing short of an inconvenience even though they couldn’t follow basic instructions on food preparation. I asked for a vanilla shake and banana shake, but received two banana shakes.
