  Restroom was clean and shelves were filled. My only issue was the ice selection in self checkout.

  Better hope there's no emergency. I better hope the chief of the fire department don't see this or a cop where you are. Illegally parked blocking an emergency route. Just in case something was to happen. Especially with that delivery truck, then you decided to back up 2ltomake it harder for them.To offload the truck as well. This has nothing to do with the people that work there. And if you do work there, shame on you, you should know better.

  Grocery Store Tier Rating: B-Tier (for this particular location) 🥛🍞🥚🥑🍌🥔🍉🥦 Analysis: To keep it a century, Food Lion could easily be D-Tier, especially the produce section, although they have decent prices, I will say that, but that is not what I’m most focused on, personally. The logo, in my opinion, is a truly timeless master work of graphic design, and from a brand perspective, the logo really carries the franchise. The logo alone elevates to C-Tier. I looked it up online, and was interested to find out the Logo existed previously as a family guild and business guild for a parent organization (sorry if I’m slightly off in my history), but it makes total sense that it was so good they used it again, and have essentially not made any changes to it in Food Lion’s history. The use of shapes, white space, and symmetry (or the lack thereof) is the reason why it’s so easy to see even on run down strip mall signs, in run down NC towns, on a cloudy day, “oh, we just passed a food lion way over there.” For some reason the people at this location early in the morning (including customers) are always cracking jokes and just seem to be a very lively bunch, as well.

  I’m reaching out hoping management will actually see this, tonight Monday August 17th. They switched to paper bags if you go to real check out and my cashier bagged my groceries asking if I wanted my bread on top of my milk? While the milk was crushing the small cups of fruit I got. Idk if they show there employees how to bag correctly but I’m pretty sure that’s not okay to do. Can you please show your employees how to bag correctly so my fruit and bread don’t get smashed by my gallon of milk? Please and thank you from a loyal food lion customer
