Dominos employees take zero pride in their work and it shows. Unfortunately, when she opened the box, the pasta was so badly burned that charred pieces were literally falling off. It was obvious that the employee who took it out of the oven knew it was burned before placing the lid on the container. I called the store to explain that my daughter ended up not being able to eat the meal and had to settle for school lunch instead. What was most disappointing was the response. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience, and no concern shown. I was simply told they could either remake it or provide a credit, with no explanation of how or when that credit would be issued. This experience was beyond disappointing and completely unacceptable. When working in food service, there should be a basic standard of quality and honesty. If food is clearly burned and not something you would serve to yourself or your own family, it shouldn't be served to a paying customer either. The pizza wasn’t cheesy either and I paid for extra cheese. I’m going to assume that maybe it’s an oven issue more than a particular staff issues since others are complaining about burnt food as well. Thanks for ruining what was supposed to be a special day. Update: I reached out to the email address listed below on other post since one was not posted on my review. And I have yet to hear back from anyone regarding this.
