    Wife lost her baseball cap in this restaurant during lunch. I gave a call the same day afternoon, whoever picked up confirmed they have it and will hold it. Fast forward 20 days, drove half an hour to pick cap up and grab dinner. Turns out they suddenly don’t have it anymore. Waste of gasoline …

    Do not leave any personal belongings here—they will not return them, especially branded items. I left my MLB baseball cap on April 10 and called the same day. They confirmed they had it, and the description matched exactly. Today, I drove 30 minutes to pick it up, but they denied having it. I really should have recorded that call. For a chain restaurant, this kind of behavior is unacceptable. What’s worse is the complete lack of accountability—no apology, no effort to help, just dismissive attitudes. For a company that openly promotes Christian values, this is deeply disappointing. If you’re going to reference the Bible, at least try to practice basic honesty and integrity. This experience felt dishonest and disrespectful. I will not be coming back.

    This would be the first Chick-fil-A that we have ever had a problem with. Normally the food & service are excellent. However we went thru the drive thru to order. When we started to eat our food the order was wrong. The attendant apparently did not understand what we ordered nor did she repeat back our order back to us.

    As a diabetic it's great to have sugar free drink options. I asked the order taker if the strawberry hibiscus was sugar free he said yes. When I got around to the menu it said it was moved with sprite. I asked the girl at the window...she looked at me like I was crazy ..the mgr was inside halfway yelling about it. There was one nice girl was actually gave me a sugar free regular lemonade and said she was sorry. Everyone else kinda sucked

    This was my first time visiting this location, and unfortunately, it wasn’t a great experience. I understand things can get busy, but the staff working the drive-thru were noticeably rude. From the mobile lane, I could clearly hear employee/manager speaking loudly to each other about my order not being able to be made, and the tone came across as dismissive and unprofessional. One employee/manager in particular spoke loudly about issuing a refund through the app, rather than addressing me directly, which felt impersonal. That said, the employee handing out the food was kind and even apologized, which I appreciated. I understand that rushes happen, but the way the situation was handled did not reflect good customer service or a welcoming atmosphere.
