- RTRight Way TrESep 26, 20261.0The general Manager Ryan got rude with me because I told him that the 3 wing dinner was not on the kiosk. He goes to say well it should be and turned to ignore me. I asked “can you help me at the register”? He chose to ignore me for at least five minutes packing food with no gloves. the drive-through had only two or three cars and the dining room was empty. He finally took my order at the register forgetting that I asked for a large sweet tea so he had to ring me up again for the tea when he gave me my food. I observed that the three wings looked like they have been sitting under the heat for hours shrinking up and old so I told him hey I will wait for fresh wings. He did not reply just turning his back and continuing to do nothing so I asked him. Hey did you hear what I said? He raised his voice saying well you have to wait. What else do you want me to do? I mean there’s nothing I can do you just have to wait. I said you were being rude the whole time I’ve been here you did not reply to me so I had to ask you again if you heard what I said by the time, I just asked for a refund which he made me wait another five minutes because he decided to take other orders instead of giving me my refund. this dude should not be a general manager. He is a horrible example of a leader. Boj was my first job. I worked there five years and have always eaten from Bojangles and have never experienced a manager better yet a general manager act this way this dude should be removed. He’s given a new location a terrible look.

They pulled me to the front and told me they'll bring it out. 25 minutes later I walked inside. After they gave the person behind me their food. I asked about my order. They said "oh this was really 25 minutes ago." So now mt food is cold and soggy and disgusting btw. My daughter got the kids meal Mac n cheese with French fries and a milk. We only got the nachos n cheese. I went back inside and asked for the milk and fries. They told me "they don't carry milk", thankfully someone with half a braincell told him to look in the fridge and surprise surprise! They had the milk the "didn't carry" and they threw fries into a bag. I will never go to Bojangles again. This experience was bad enough I won't spend money with this franchise again.

My biscuits were near burnt, hard as the fries. They also gave me a completely different biscuit than what I asked for. Fast because I got in and out but service was not good.
- MBMikhaél A. BrownAug 29, 20262.0We stopped by this Bojangles around 7:50–8:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 27, while headed to Georgia, and honestly, this location was having a rough night. Most of the workers were not attentive, and the cashier was moving extremely slowly with no real sense of urgency. I do not blame the manager on duty, though. He was actively calling out orders, trying to get people moving, and dropping chicken and biscuits himself. He looked like he was doing everything he could to keep the place running. Our food took about 15–20 minutes. They did not have any eggs for my sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit, even though breakfast is supposed to be served all day, so I had to switch to another meal. The manager handled the substitution graciously and without any issue. When we finally got our food, the chicken was fried strangely and tasted like the grease may have been old or reused. We had already been driving for hours and wanted to keep moving, so we ate and got back on the road. The next day, my wife started dealing with bad acid reflux and kept having stuff come back up. I cannot say for sure that the food caused it, but she was not having this problem beforehand, and this was the only meal we could point to. Overall, the service was bad and the food quality was even worse. The manager was trying, but the rest of the crew needed much more urgency and attention.
