People routinely cut in front of people to go to the second and furthest drive through because they ignore the faded solid white line on the concrete. If you wait in the single line and then go to the furthest drive through be prepared for some guy who was trying to cut in line to cuss you out. When you finally get to order, Bo-Linda, the AI chatbot, will first push suggest something you don’t want. You will need to say no so loud you will probably cancel out the other person’s order in the other drive through talking to their Bo-Linda. Bo-Linda will then proceed to actually listen to you. Speak loud and slow because this AI bot is not right 99% of the time despite the hype. She is wrong about 30% of the time and you may have to repeat your order 3 times after telling her to start over twice. I have gone to this location 3-4 times in the past year and have had to correct my order at the window with a real person twice. The food is okay if you have been going to Bojangles for decades you won’t be disappointed. The biscuits are usually moist but the fried foods are more greasy than usual. They are probably so busy that some of the fried foods have not had time to properly drain before being wrapped. It’s okay and I will probably go back despite Bo-Linda and the road ragers in the drive through.
