    Had the best turkey ranch and bacon sandwich- the ranch and the guy that made my sandwich said he made it with love and let me say he sure did. 10 out of 10

    I am in the drive thru i have been for almost 10 minutes- the lady is rude and keeps telling me to hold and ma’ am give me a minute, are you serious- this is ridiculous- I love the food but my goodness! I pulled out and came over to Zaxby’s next-door and the people behind me did as well. I just hate that your staff is causing you to lose business. I really wanted Arby’s!

    I ordered the number two meal and eight piece jalapeño poppers. My french fry container was only half full and it was all little bitty, tiny pieces and crumbs. It looked like they cleaned out the bottom of the fry pan very disappointed.
