- JMJonathan MontgomerySep 7, 20261.0Uses AI for ordering and it doesn't work. Don't go there
- NLNolan LawsonSep 4, 20262.0I've had several bad experiences with this Bojangles over the last few months. A young man messed up an order so badly, that my wife had to explain that chicken is included on the chicken meal. I've left twice because there's no one available to take my order. A family of 3 or 4 left today because no one acknowledged them or came to take the order. I had to wait for a grilled sandwich. The manager knew they were behind and came to help? He pushed the sandwich to another man and mumbled what it. The gentleman took it sat down an ate what he was give. The fried sandwich came up and there were no takers. I looked at the owner, pointed, and said "I think you gave my sandwich to that gentleman overthere." Probably with a frustrated tone. The response from the manager, "It wasn't my fault." He looked toward the customer and said, "He took it. The original person that took my order offered to get me a sandwich. I appreciate his, but I forfeited my 15 minute wait and took my business elsewhere. I recommend trying a different location. This one either has a management problem or an ownership issue.
- XFXOXO FAMAug 24, 20265.0PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Fix the fries. This is seriously my favorite Bojangles and I can't ever get even half soft fries. 😭They are always so hard they are not enjoyable and the only thing my baby eats is fries so most the time I have to go to another fast food now just to get her fries. I ran Salsaritas for many years and I can tell you this, either your fryer is set too high or an employee(s) are allowing them to fry too long. PLEASE fix this simple nuisance. 🙏
