    2 young ladies working, neither greeted us, just kept talking to each other, also looking at their phones. No atmosphere music playing. The young lady who fixed my wrap wore no gloves, she had ling black hair not pulled back and she was bent over my food with all that hair hanging over my food. She put entirely too much sauce on the food , when I tried to eat it it was a hot mess, it all fell apart, had to just throw it away. Also, I was the only person in there so im sure they could've cleaned up abit but there were straw wraps, etc all over the counter and floor, the napkin dispenser was empty, and behind the counter looked like a jumbled mess. It was just a bad experience all around. The next day, as soon as I got back to my usual TSC in the town I live in, I went in and thanked them for NOT being like that! I guess our local store spoils us with all their cleanliness, good personal hygiene, clea store, just everything! I hope the 2 young ladies are given another chance with a manager who will teach them what's important so that they can succeed later on in whatever career they chose!🙏

    This place is terrible, from the service to the food. Today, at 1:59pm, I ordered a Green Island Smoothie. They forgot the mango, the banana, and the pineapple. It tasted like watered down bland kale and ginger. The service was so terrible, I couldn't get any help to fix the order. I left the full $9 \smoothie at the register and walked out. We won't be back.

    Got my order wrong after clearly not knowing how to work register, when I can back in the store with my wrong order I was rudely told “we only charged you for [the wrong item].” As if that was my problem. I offered to pay the difference. Point being, it doesn’t matter what you did, you made a mistake and you should just tell me what you can do to fix it (charge me more, etc.).

    Went there but didn't see what I usually order so I ordered something different. I dod not like it, one of the workers was ready to make me something different. Another worker stopped her saying I need to pay again, I did not want the drink so I asked for a refund. He said no and the manager would not come from the back to talk to me. I will not be going back to another tropical smoothie if this is how they treat their customers.

    It is 8:17 and the door says you all open at 8:00. I have a DoorDash order and nobody is here to make it or let me in. This is ridiculous!
