    This is the best Outback I have been to in a very very long time! Food was fresh, delicious and cooked just right. Service was fantastic.

    Curbside takeaway order using a gift card. Ordered online. Got text notifications with time frame for pick up and when order was ready. At pick up attendant was prompt and courteous. As I was checking order he came back noticing I had not keft yet and checked to make I had everything for my order. Baked potato was heavy on the salt but I think that is just the style and not everyone eats the potato skin. Steaks were right, medium and 2 medium rare. Blooming onion is tough to get home (anything fried) crispy, but easy fix just putting it into the air fryer at home a few minutes. All in all, to not have to cook, and to have a night in, very pleased!

    on 5/2/26 my wife and I went to this establishment. I ordered the half rack of ribs Potatoes and asparagus . The ribs were good. But soon after I had a severe reaction to what was later explained to be pepper. The owner named Ms Meg responded quickly to my table to assist me, she brought me a cold compress. a few minutes later I started to feel better. My lips and stomach were on fire. I have experienced a reaction like this beforea. I have had the ribs before at this establishment and other locations, but nothing like this. The owner stated that the cook used 75% pepper in the dry rub. Honestly and this is my opinion. If they use this much pepper in the rub and the sauce, it should be brought to the customer's attention before hand. They can then decide if they are okay with that much pepper. I was uncomfortable the remainder of the evening. The next day I felt horrible. I had burning diarrhea and burning in my stomach. My wife was going to call 911 because she was truly worried about me. I appreciated Ms. Meg for what she tried to do to help me.

    Prior to this incident, i always had a good experience getting take out at this location. However, the last time i went to this location my experience was so bad. I received a text my food was ready so, i parked waiting for an attendant to bring my food out. I sat in my car for over 10 minutes and no one came to bring me my order. I went inside to the take out area to find the server on her phone. She didn’t even notice that people were standing there waiting for their orders. I had to say hey is my order ready and my food had been sitting there getting cold. I left and called the restaurant to speak to a manager. When I spoke with the manager I was told that I would receive gift cards in the mail and gave her my home address. It has been over a week and I have not received anything. I live less than 10 minutes away from this location so, the gift cards were never sent. Very disappointed.

    We came in for lunch today and had Warren as our waiter. He was absolutely amazing. So helpful and attentive and he was wonderful the whole time. Go see him, you won't be disappointed. Thanks Warren for your excellent service.
