  So many bad experiences here. McDonald's doesn't care - that's why they auto respond to fill out a customer form. It's a franchise and they pass all the responsibilities off - even if it's the management thats clearly the problem.

  I am absolutely furious. I know that some McDonald's locations are terrible, but even so, they usually manage to do their job right. Today, April 29th, I stopped by this particular McDonald's to buy lunch for my child. At the drive-thru, I ordered a Kids' Meal with Chicken McNuggets. I paid and then drove over to the nearby shopping center park. When I opened the box, I found only a single McNugget—which had already been bitten into—along with a packet of Spicy sauce that had spilled all over everything; the fries were missing entirely, and the apple slices packet had already been opened. They handed me garbage. I was absolutely livid when I went back to complain. Most of the employees there were Latino—and mind you, I am Latina myself. But when I voiced my complaint, they started laughing right in my face; one employee even asked me in Spanish, "Are you sure you didn't just eat it yourself?" That was a complete lack of respect toward me. I was truly outraged; how is it even possible for employees like that to exist? It was a joke in extremely poor taste. The manager did bring me a fresh replacement meal, but the attitude and mockery I received from that woman were simply unbelievable. I hope someone reads this and takes serious action. For my part, I intend to file a formal complaint directly with the corporate office—because how on earth can they get away with serving people garbage like that?

  I doordashed McDonald’s a little over an hour ago; as I’ve been sipping on my tea I noticed something floating in the bottom of it.. Not to mention my burger was wrong. This was the “good” McDonald’s but I don’t think there are any good ones anymore.

  It's hit or miss with the drive-thru staff, sometimes they are friendly, other times cold, short and impatient. Sometimes they are fast in getting your order other times very slow.
