- VMValerie MascaroMay 8, 20261.0This has to be the very worst Dunkin ever! I'm not necessarily blaming the employees but actually the franchise owner. More employees are required for the morning shifts. I also think there should be better customer service training. Most often, employees are quite rude and get pissy when you're trying to make a decision on which donuts you want. It's actually because if you had some in mind, they're probably out of stock so then rethinking is necessary.
- JJJMYApr 17, 20261.0I picked up the worst coffee of all time. I love dunkin and at this location and others it depends on WHO makes it. I don't understand why they can't follow the order requested it's literally on the cup when ordered through the app🙄
