  This was by far the worst Chipotle my family and I have ever been too! If you want to have Chipotle I suggest driving past this one and going to the next. First we walk in and EVERY table was disgustingly dirty, we walk up to order and almost everything was out, the guy to make our order made sure we knew NOT to order chicken because they didn't have any, my daughter ordered a steak bowl and she had to ask for more steak because all she originally got was 4 pieces. Actually we all had to keep asking because of so little we were getting of everything. Then the employee literally was throwing everything into our bowls and burrito to the point steak was going into beans, lettuce into sour cream. Remember also they were out of almost everything! Then to end it all our whole bag of chips were so stale they were soft and chewy!! I will NEVER recommend anyone to go here. Headed out another customer asked me if our service was as horrible as his and we went back and forth of all the horrible things this Chipotle offered. Management or corporate or someone needs to get this Chipotle together. We didn't want to get it to go but as I said there was not 1 clean table. The whole place was disgusting.

  Food is so buns, never come here, go to a different one, I’ll drive to waverly from now on. This was horrible. They gave me a bunch of oil and flavorless chipotle. I eat chipotle 2-3 times a week but damn this location has always been horrible. Fire everybody. Also side note. I have once seen German cockroaches about a year ago here at this location but I decided to give in now after a year and they still disappoint. I will stay away forever!

  The customer service at this location was completely unacceptable, and the food fell short of what I paid for. When I tried to pick up my order, the employee mocked me by making me repeat my name over and over while laughing, then acted extremely disrespectful when handing over my bag. On top of that, I paid extra for extra portions, but the bowl wasn't even full. Management needs to train their staff on basic respect and make sure customers actually get the extra portions they pay for.

  DIRTIEST CHIPOTLE IVE EVER BEEN TO Like very dirty floors are sticky all the inside seating trashed I did not even want to eat inside all were empty but sticky and dirty. Will go elsewhere next time

  I have ordered build your own family meal and u guys just game me so less food that bearly enough for 2 people are u guys keeding me??? Wth is this?????? U guys have to put portions of the food!!!! This is crime u are basically stealing!!! The container should be full notnhulf full fully full!!!!!
