  We were trying to get our food and the door was open and we waited in line and out of nowhere the manager said the weren’t serving anyone anymore and when we asked why she was so rude and said “we don’t have to tell you” was not considerate and did not even apologize. 1 star

  I have bad review The staff there are very rude and the food was very spicy , i need to drink water and the lady was cleaning deal with me in a bad way and she prevent me to drink water or give me cup , this is the Worst restaurant i went to, i do not reconmend it for any one

  There is an older lady making the bowls who is literally yelling and so unbelievably rude. She misheard me and immediately was like “well that’s what you said” when I most certainly did not. Some people are so miserable in jobs they DO NOT have to work. It just made the whole experience and atmosphere unpleasant.

  I had a really bad experience this time. I came in hungry, and I'm a regular customer, but the service was disappointing. They put much less food on my tacos than they usually do, even though I paid the same price. I politely asked if they could add just a little more chicken, and the lady at the front asked another employee. She responded, "If you want more, you'll be charged double." That was really frustrating. I wasn't asking for a full extra serving just enough to make my tacos consistent with what I normally receive. As a loyal customer, I expected better service and consistency. I hope they improve because this experience was very disappointing.

  I've been eating Chipotle 2–3 times a week since 2007, so I'm not someone who leaves negative reviews lightly. Unfortunately, this is easily the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. The staff is consistently slow, unprofessional, and often comes across as though they couldn't care less about the customers or the job they're doing. It's not unusual for the restaurant to open late, and even when it is open, service feels disorganized and indifferent. Everyone has bad days, but this has been a repeated experience, not a one-time issue. The lack of urgency, poor customer service, and overall attitude from the team make this location stand out for all the wrong reasons. What makes this especially frustrating is that I now live nearby and want this location to succeed. I love Chipotle and have been a loyal customer for nearly two decades, but this store consistently falls well below the standard I've come to expect from the brand. Management needs to take a serious look at the culture and operations at this location.
