I ordered an egg sandwich with turkey, asked for salt/pepper and ketchup and was told by the manager who was not very nice that is no longer available. What breakfast sandwich in the world does not have that option. Ok, my wife ordered a bagel with cream cheese toasted. Of course the bagel was not toasted. No surprise here. The manager was not very nice and the two cooks were wearing hoodies as they cooked, that’s impressive. This is the second visit to this particular establishment with similar results, my bad…

These are hard jobs in the service industry and we really appreciate it how friendly and helpful both the gentleman at the cash register and the young man making the bagels were.

You are handed two paper-thin slices of pastrami alongside an inedible, tasteless egg, while the cheese is practically invisible. To make matters worse, the touch screen forces a mandatory tip for a sandwich that belongs in the trash. Save your $10 and your morning—this place is an absolute joke.
