  I love to come her bc it is truly the closest thing to a NY bagel. Hands up. There are two gentlemen who show up and do the damn thing with professionalism and personality. The bagel crew has some young runners with the fastest hands known to this land. I only dropped a review because I was tendered by Peighton for the second time and it is truly old school and nice to see a young girl at the register with a smile and true optimism! It makes the initial visit a good start. I have done this work in NY for many years, it can be tough and people even tougher. I can see the crew here doing their best to make people have the better morning!! Thanks people. I owe you a good day!

  The staff is super friendly! I stopped in twice over the weekend for breakfast before my son's track meet 👟🏃🏿‍♂️, and was always greeted with not just a smile, but friendly conversation... give a hoot,don't polute😁🦉

  DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!! I’ve been to many bagels shops including this one over the years. Their bagels are now horrible as are their sandwiches. Got brisket and it was pathetic. Hardly any content (tiny amounts) and flavor terrible. Hazelnut coffee good. So much for a father’s day treat.

  I love the cinnamon sugar bagels, they are my favorite! Tyler the Manager is a very kind and nice guy. The staff is good and friendly as well.

  The older gentleman behind the counter is extremely rude and has zero customer service skills. Argued with every customer that walked in and complained about his job and coworkers to my face. We ordered a hot coffee, the coffee bar only had 1/4 cup of coffee left and when we asked at the counter for more he told us it would be five minutes for new coffee. We went back up after 5 minutes to check and we were berated that they were short staffed and scoffed at for asking for a new cup when ours had cold coffee in the bottom of it. I wish I could say the manager on duty was compassionate but he watched his employee treating customers like this and did nothing to help or rectify the situation. The “fresh” coffee we finally got had coffee grounds all in it, $4 for a crappy cup of coffee.
