  Extremely long wait at the drive thru. Food was good when I finally got to the window.

  We stopped by for breakfast, and it was different from the usual Mcdo in a good way! The food was tasty, and the atmosphere was really nice. We enjoyed trying something different and had a great experience overall.

  Customer service is horrible. What a joke. The register was open yet now one would come to it even when asked on a slow night. The attendant finally came over but then quickly was upset when there were four of us and had separate orders. The rational was, "if I take your orders then I have to take someone else afterwards. Yes, that's the job, customer service. I can check out in thirty seconds or spend five minutes on your kiosk. Then he proceeded to take me to the kiosk, and spend a few minutes to place my order in which we all would have been checked out already. As this was going on, several customers were coming in and leaving stateing they did not want to use kiosk. Didn't faze them. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to

  This is the slowest McDonalds I have ever been to. This is ALL the time and not just one incident. I have been through the drive through with 4 cars in front of me and it took over 20 minutes to get to the window. I just wanted a large drink. I then went another day and there was one car in front of me and it took 13 minutes. Just for a drink. The time waiting to take my order takes longer than going to the window. So decided to go inside because drive through was really busy. I went in and was the only one ordering. I stood for at least 5 mins or more before anyone came over. While I was waiting I had employess look at me so they knew I was there. Finally, a really nice lady came over. I think she was about to clock out but she was the sweetest ever(she was in the back and didnt see me.) I have to say I have gotten food from this store and have had no issues and over all the employess are nice. Just frustrating that even when its not busy, it takes forever. This hasnt been just recently, it literally is ALL the time.
