Pulled up to window and informed the young lady that the system took it upon itself to make our order so needed to change it she proceeded to act very confused then proceeded to fix order in a rush just to have us pull up to door and wait on food. Very uncoordinated system and not worth the hassle.

While the I am sure was the higher up manager older lady was yelling at him in front of all the customers and this poor boy was working as hard as he could to get orders out and he ask for some sausage biscuits and the manager lady yelled and said the other manager done told you WE ARE WAITING ON SAUSAGE so don’t ask again. So she was being very rude and disrespectful to her employees right in front of all the customers.

I got shorted on one chicken strip, and another chicken strip was barely a chicken strip-all breading. the Mountain Dew was incredibly flat, tasted like tonic water. Asked for a refund and The manager said they cannot. I asked her to at least try the Mountain Dew for themselves amd and they would not lol. I don’t tend to complain, but It’s hard not to for $15 and they charge you for extra honey mustard.
