  I catered this subway for my wedding on April 26th. Everything was exactly how I ordered, we got a really good deal on the order! I can’t remember who I spoke to but his name started with an “H” and he was so sweet! He made sure everything was right before I hung up the phone. Subway was an absolute HIT for our wedding. If it wasn’t for this subway, idk what I would’ve done because I was stressing over the food! This place is absolutely awesome! Everything was a 10000/10. Highly recommend this place for big catering orders!

  04/24/2026 at 4:45 pm. I read the reviews about the Madison, NC Subway and was very concerned about the order. I just want to say the three guys working were very busy, yet friendly and this was one of the best spicy Italian subs I have ever had.....and I have had many. I could not find a place to leave a review, so please submit this to whatever review sites that may apply to this Subway. Thank you for a great experience and I will return very soon.

  Young woman long dark has major attitude, very rude attitude evidently not happy with her job. Ordered subs supposed to be ready at 6:05, get there at 6:12 not even started wait while fixing and instead of handing to you. Looks at you and walks it all the way back to the door and puts on pickup shelf and looks again like now pick up your order. Very disappointed in the customer service at the Madison location.

  Subway closes at 9 pm. My children and I had a long day and they wanted subway. I rushed to subway. I got there at 8:50 pm. I went inside the store and the white male with the long hair in a pony tail, told me “sorry we’re closed”. I said it is 8:51 you close at 9. He responded “yeah I know but sorry we’re closed”. This employee gets paid for the full hour yet doesn’t want to work the full hour. It is not my problem that you wanted to get out of there early and started shutting down the register and good before 9:00 pm. As I was walking in, a man was walking out ! If the store closes at 9 then you are expected to serve me until 9! My kids went to bed hungry as they can only eat certain fast foods. Terrible !
