- RGRaul GSep 24, 20261.0Placed an online order, waited like 30 min at the drive thru and did not get all my items cause they didn't have all I ordered "available". They just told me to ask for a credit online so I went and filed a report through there, they said it would be sent to this location, however, it's been days and they never got back to me.
- AAAxelSep 19, 20261.0This is the worst Pizza Hut has ever been! We waited an hour and 30 minutes for our food and still never got it! Also you need to fire zyleigh! She was terrible she checked everyone else out but us and just never even bothered to check us out! Terrible, do better!
- JLJade LawsonSep 13, 20264.0No one came to window for over 20 minutes!! Kitchen helper that couldn't run register checked on us and was extremely nice and considerate of the time we weren't addressed and expressed his thanks for our patience started cooking the items we were needing! The guy who apparently ran the register and supposedly checks the window finally came out the bathroom and had a attitude, was rude, not customer service friendly by any means and didn't say a word about it time without being addressed and then tried to charge us for extra items, gave attitude with out a smile about that! Now granted he did say "have a good night"! William (no smile/hateful attitude)was the name on the ticket Madison nc but I wish I knew the helper so we could thank him he was great!!! (9-13-26)
