  I had an extremely frustrating experience with this Pizza Hut location on multiple occasions. First of all, they should not offer drive-thru service if they’re going to let customers sit at the window while they remake incorrect orders. It completely defeats the purpose of a drive-thru and creates unnecessary delays for everyone else waiting. To make matters worse, when I called the store to address the issue, the employee I spoke with was rude and unhelpful. When I asked for a corporate phone number, I was told to “figure it out” myself, which is completely unacceptable customer service. I then waited on hold for 15 minutes trying to speak with a manager, and eventually I was told he was busy. Between the long wait times, poor organization, and lack of basic customer service, this experience was incredibly disappointing. I won’t be returning.

  So because you don't have drivers you let the customer just guess and wonder why the food is not coming, I had no information that there were no drivers cause no one told me, waited long over delivery time and I had to call them instead of them calling to inform there no drivers and it would be upon Uber and door dash to bring food. How am I to know that, just a little better customer service would be great

  Haven't been In years will NOT go back! Waitress gave us the go to crap as we walked in the door. When we ask the prices of pizza ( no prices are in the menu) she said I just work here I don't make the menu. We ordered handtossed we got crusty hard thin. We got no plates no silverware?? Then worse...it Tasted YUCK ...I hate complaining but I hope I save someone the misery

  They don't have a delivery driver and the last 2 times it has taken over a hour and a half to deliver my food. Pizza hut says there's nothing they can do about it. Domino's is cheaper and faster

  Having fries that look like chocolate is unreal. Something needs to be fixed. Paying $8 for a box of old grease isn’t worth my time coming back.
