  We pulled up in the drive thru this morning at 10:30 and waited 10 minutes in the drive thru before they took our order. When we got to the window, the man asked what we ordered. No receipt. He asked us to pull forward after we sat there for 5 minutes waiting on three items. They came out at 11am and gave us our food. We noticed we were missing our hashbrowns, so my husband walked inside to get them. The woman called us liars and said “I know what I put in that bag, I put hashbrowns in there” and refused to give us the food we paid for. Another person helped us and gave us our missing hashbrowns. We were 20 minutes late to church because of this.

  It ain't got its stuff together some days they're fast other days are not you order on the app you still have to wait it looks like it's under new management but only two people showed up on a Sunday a week or so ago that'd be late April and I had to wait 25 minutes

  I’m fed up with how slow this McDonald’s is. Every time I come here, it’s the same story — either the staff is being overly picky about every little thing, or there’s no one who can handle basic customer service. Half the time the crew is just standing around messing around instead of making food. This place has been a problem for years, and honestly, it needs a serious overhaul. SHUT BOTH OF THEM DOWN

  Order was completely messed up. I'm so upset bc it was the kpop demon hunters "adult happy meal" and the Fry's were cold and soggy and the nuggets were hard but cold as well. I've tried calling more than 22+ times no answer
