  I went though the drive through 3 times & they messed up my order 3 times. All I asked was for two smash burgers plain & sum fries Idk how they kept messing it up but please ik yall can do better so improve.

  Waited over 40 minutes for a mobile order after we checked in, then gave up waiting and ended up going through the drive thru instead. We were handed 2 melted milkshakes and made to pull up to wait AGAIN for the 3rd one that, again, was ordered and checked in for over 40 minutes prior, and finally got it another 10 minutes later, from a worker with a nasty attitude. Very disappointing since this used to be one of our first choices for a snack, but you can definitely tell when the manager isn't in.

  Waited on shakes that have become completely melted from them sitting out and not being tooken out. Full wait time on 3 basic shakes is a hour. Don't recommend coming back here again for shakes in the future. And carhop staff is completely disrespectful.
