  Horrible it's 4am the breakfast menu isn't showing up and dude doing drive through was trying to get attitude and start a fight with my 60+ year old mother. He needs to be fired. Very unacceptable. My mother drove off cause his rudeness and not knowing if they would contaminate our food also to keep me from climbing In The window after him treating my mother like that. Stop hiring your friend or family at places and start hiring people who are competent enough to do their jobs and treat customers with respect.

  I went through the drive thru at around 12:30am on 4/18 and there were 4 cars pulled ahead of me when i finally got to the window. At the speaker the woman told me to give her just a moment and I told her to take her time, 5 mins go by and she takes the car in the other lanes order before taking mine. I got a $5 meal deal and a deluxe mcrispy combo with an extra sandwich for my fiance and i specifically asked if there were pickles on the sandwich because hes HIGHLY ALLERGIC to pickles and she assured me there was none on the sandwich. 30min later when I get home and he opens his food sure enough theres pickles on one sandwiche and enough mayo to basically make it a mayo sandwich but not only that his sandwich was basically tossed in the bag ingredient by ingredient this is mcdonalds not build a bear where you have to make your shit yourself. I also work in fast food and this kind of product being given to a customer with clear disregards to a persons well being is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting practice. I will be contacting corporate.

  I'm currently writing this review after returning home from this locations drive thru,where the drive thru line was very terrible,the food was half-ass made,and the customer service was horrendous. I will admit ordering food late in the evening with a busy drive thru can make any experience difficult,but the employee's customer service approach was very unwelcoming,my mccrispy was loaded with mayo to the point it was unbearable to attempt to eat,and the ordering process felt as enjoyable as nails on a chalkboard. I wish to state this was experience was initially filled with hope,but when i left and attempted to eat my food, all hope was out the window,as i felt defeated once again by some teenage and middle age staff once again ruined my experience by their egotistical attitudes and unwillingness to do work the correct way.
