  Two to three weeks ago I ordered a McCafe Caramel Coffee through the mobile app and chose counter as the pick up method. I sent my 16 year old to pick it up. After 10 minutes I went in because I was worried. When I went in, it took another 6-7 minutes for the worker at the counter to acknowledge me (this worker was not assisting other customers). When I tried to explain that I had been waiting in excess of 15 minutes for a coffee drink, she cut me off- said she had just gotten in. I received my drink after 22 minutes after ordering. I tried to call the number behind the counter for the franchise owner, left a message and didn't gear back. I also submitted a complaint through the McDonald's website and also did not hear back!

  Order thru drive thru 2 ice coffee and a breakfast burrito, once I got to the pick up window this 🤬, she didn’t even want to open the window to give me my food in ask her 2 times for a drink tray and finally the 3rd time she gave me a drink tray, then she started talking to one of her coworkers and both of them looks at me like 🤨, all because I was smoking a cigarette like waft this is Lumberton hello👁️👁️, I’ll not recommend this but since it’s the only one close by so
