- CSChariti SmithMay 20, 20261.0Manager extremely rude & racist. I went in on the evening of 5/19/26 between 6-7 PM. I attempted going to customer service to get formula for ny child. The manager came inside, completely ignored me, UNTIED her shoe that was already tied, then proceeded to lean against the counter and talk over me to another associate. Never attempted to help me out see what I needed, just completely ignored me as if there was some personal vendetta and refused to help me at all. I left but I will never return and I will be telling anyone associated with me to never frequent this location. I will also be contacting corporate regarding this as well
