  I phoned in my order for carryout. I ordered 2 thin crust, one with pepperoni and 1 with Italian sausage. I was told the cost. Upon my husband picking it up, he was only given 1 pizza and only charged for 1 pizza. When I called to complain to the manager about my order being wrong, I was told that I needed to call back in an hour because they were very busy.

  Wanted to come to a "classic" Pizza Hut out of a sense of 90's nostalgia. So, I drove 30 minutes to Louisburg in after-church traffic. Let's start with the highlights: The checkered red tablecloths, crimson hard plastic cups, Tiffany lamps overhead and newly furnished booths are all steps in the right direction. The food was hot, and came out promptly. It was good, for modern Pizza Hut. The downside is that the place genuinely looks run down apart from the new "retro" bits: Dirt on the walls, employee sidework half-finished on nearby tables, smudges all over the glass of the doors and windows were just some of the telltale signs of disrepair. The employees looked genuinely surprised to see us sit down and dine in, like this was a foreign event. Speaking of, my conversation with my date was drowned out on multiple occasions by the employees loudly arguing with one another about whose job it is to fold pizza boxes, and how they're this close to quitting, while their clearly beleaguered shift lead (I presumed) tried desperately to get them to not be so slapdash in front of the customers. Overall, we skipped dessert because we couldn't enjoy our conversation, but the food (personal pizzas and an appetizer) was good and it did make me smile to see the retro aesthetic making a comeback. I critique this establishment out of a love for summers spent at Pizza Hut as a kid, and feel like of they just run a slightly tighter ship this could easily be a 5 star review. I'm rooting for them to become a spot of excellence like the Pizza Huts I remember from my childhood!

  We don't eat pizza often but when we do we have a pleasant experience at the Louisburg location. The staff members greet with a smile and are ready to help you order. Wait time is usually the pretty standard time, 15-20 minutes. We normally only order pizza and it is always cooked to just right.

  I brought the mix and match family pasta for $14.99 and got both cheesy/alfredo chicken. First bite tasted weird from the Alfredo pan…it was spoiled. I got rid of all of it..We gave this place plenty of chances but this is the last straw. Never going back again.

  If you order take out or delivery, just be prepared for your order to be wrong. This was our 2nd and final order. Pretty straight forward on app order and it was half right and half wrong. Supposed to be regular meat pizza on regular crust, but we got meat pizza on thin crust. Ordered buffalo wings and garlic parm wings, they labeled them as such however both containers had buffalo wings. Also, one of the wings was raw, so that was fun. They did get the breads sticks right so hooray...you got one right. Last time we ordered 2 meat pizzas we got 1 cheese and 1 pepperoni. If you like surprises I highly suggest this place for takeout or delivery...it's like a box of chocolates you never know what you'll get.
