  Morning of 5/9/26 Very mismanaged. A long line formed inside for people waiting order. This occurred due to the fact that Door Dashers would walk-in and go around the line. Then Bojangles Staff would accommodate these drivers above everyone else. Everyone in line was upset that Bojangles cared more about a phone app order than it did about people who took the time to walk in to the franchise.

  I come here often. And this happens often. I asked for all dark and was made to wait over 20minutes. So, Why would you put 3 breasts in there after making me wait over 20minutes for the wrong order? Do better, folks. It's not that hard to be honest.

  Very inconsistent, one day you might get hot food and then the next you might get dried out supremes that you can hardly chew like I did today. Not to mention the cold fries. Not sure why they wouldn't have fresh food up at 12p.m, its lunch time. Very disappointing

  Sometimes I go in and its fast service other time I go in and have to wait on things like chicken or biscuits. I mean come on its bojangles you literally serve chicken and biscuits all day! How do you run out?
