  This store doesn't staff correctly. The GM is doing 3 people's jobs. One miserable looking girl on the make line and a driver who acts like its his first day. Fire the entire store

  We typically have a great experience and food from this Papa John's location, except this visit wasn't the same. Due to the rude service and incorrect order we received, it was probably our last visit to this pizza restaurant. We placed our order online, and when we arrived, it hadn't even been started, even though it should have been, from what we were told. Sadly and unknowingly to myself, it's forbidden to even mention it to the store employees or the shift leader/manager without them getting argumentative and actually telling me they could just cancel and refund me the money for the pizzas as the only option, rather than just providing us with the correct order and keeping us as happy customers. When I asked for a corporate number, it was refused. So I attempted to call back once I arrived back at our house and was hung up on multiple times. I called back again and still wasn't provided with a corporate number and was told that Domino's Pizza is right up the road, which was so unprofessional. In my opinion, they basically told me to go to a competitor and get pizza. I requested the general manager or district manager to contact me. I provided my contact information and still have yet to receive any call back nor any type of an apology for the actions that we experienced that evening. So, unfortunately, I guess we will be ordering from Domino's Pizza or Little Caesar's Pizza from now on. Hopefully, this reaches management or the franchise/store owner or a halfway decent management member to rectify the situation we had during this visit. I hope that this store has its management team assessed and retrained on basic customer service protocols. I know you could do better and hopefully this will be seen by the proper person and changes are made. If not, this location will be shutting down before it's too widespread to the remaining customers on how they handle something that gets rectified by just tossing another pizza in the oven rather than losing a repeat customer. ~Justin M.
