At this point we have gone 3 times and each time have had wonderful service, food has been great and restaurant is clean. Today I picked up to go and Tiara took my order, she was sweet and friendly the second I walked in and even encouraged me to get the Cinnabon rolls and they were pretty good. We ordered large half supreme and half pepperoni pan pizza and of course Tiara’s favorite the Cinnabon. It tasted delicious and was warm and fresh. I will certainly be coming back.

My order took over 48 minutes, and it wasn’t even delivered by a Pizza Hut driver, it was handed off to DoorDash without any notice. By the time it arrived, the food was cold, the pizza looked like it had been thrown together, and several slices were completely out of place. The crust was burnt, the toppings were uneven, and it looked nothing like what you’d expect after paying full price. Waiting that long for food that arrives cold and in this condition is ridiculous. If you can’t handle the volume, don’t promise delivery times you can’t meet. I expected much better from Pizza Hut. This was easily one of the worst pizza delivery experiences I’ve had, and based on this order, I won’t be coming back.
