I will NEVER come back to this establishment again. I went through the drive-thru, and the gentleman at the window even confirmed my order. Somehow, I still got all the way home and realized they had given me a completely different order. So now I have to leave my house AGAIN and drive back just to get what I originally paid for. When I got there, I repeated my order to the manager 2–3 times. I clearly said steak and egg, yet she started asking about a steak and cheese. Then I hear someone say, “The steak has to cook.” At this point, I’m already beyond annoyed. The manager apologized and told me I could keep the incorrect order I brought back, but most of it contained pork, which I don’t eat, so that really didn’t help me. To make matters worse, when I FIRST walked up to the counter, the cashier didn’t acknowledge me at all. No greeting, no “How can I help you?” Nothing. He just immediately called for the manager. He looked like he didn’t want to be there from the start. Then, after FINALLY getting the correct food, they still forgot the sauces I specifically asked for, so I had to get back in line AGAIN. The entire experience was frustrating from beginning to end. Fast-food service has gone downhill tremendously, and experiences like this honestly make me not even want to spend my money eating out anymore. If I have to repeat my order multiple times, have it confirmed, drive back because it’s still wrong, and then continue asking for things that were already requested, what exactly am I paying for? Ridiculous.

When we pulled up the cashier was cursing with his coworkers and wouldn’t even acknowledge us. He took our card and didn’t say hello or anything else. I was charged for a 4 piece supreme dinner and was given 3 tiny chicken tenders and none of the sauce I requested.

The young white male manager working 7:30am on Saturday September 26th needs some training. He was extremely rude. I was asked to pull up and wait for my order, 15 minutes later he came to my car and asked if I had the cheddar bo biscuit and Bo rounds. I said yes as those things were included in my order. I also had a side of bacon which was not in the bacon. After checking the receipt on the bag I realized it was another order with those two items and tea not my order which was very similar but with bacon and no tea. After he took an order to another car I let him know of this mistake which was likely on my part. He made a face and in a nasty tone said “I just asked if this was your order and you said yes and I just gave the other car your order”. After how rude he was I didn’t even want the missing items from my order (which he didn’t offer to me anyways) because if he’s that rude to your face who knows what he does to your food behind the scenes.
