  Wouldn't honor my coupon for 6 free boneless wings. Cashier said she couldn't punch in the coupon code on her register.

  Very disappointed. My food was delivered to the wrong house. I called hoping we could figure something out, but the manager immediately became hostile. I simply explained that my food had been delivered to the wrong address, and his response was, “That’s not on us,” with an attitude. I never blamed the restaurant. I was only trying to get help. Mistakes happen so I wasn’t going to put the fault on them. At first, they insisted I had ordered from the wrong store. After finally finding my order, there was no apology or accountability. Instead, they repeatedly blamed me, claiming I entered the wrong address and barely let me explain. I used the same address I always use, and I even have screenshots showing previous deliveries to that exact address without any issues. They said they would issue a refund, but I still haven’t received it. Before ending the call, the manager asked a woman what should he do they agreed with giving me a refund, but then added, “This is the last time we’ll be doing this you put in the wrong address,” even though there was no proof that I had. I even checked back and it was the right address. I know my address I’m not stupid I’ve been living here for more than a decade As a college student, I can’t afford to pay for food I never received. The lack of professionalism, respect, and customer service was unacceptable. The manager was unhelpful, dismissive, and handled the situation very poorly. I won’t be ordering from here again so that will be the last time they will be doing anything with my money they will not be seeing anymore.

  This is the best wingstop to stop at. The girl working tonight was so nice, and my wings was hot, fresh, an delicious. Will be back soon. Thanks for the top tier service wingstop

  Went into the stop today 7/5/2026 around 3:30/4:00pm. There were only 2 employees working in the entire spot (both African American males). Running the front, dining area and kitchen areas. They were really pleasant and even though you could see that they were short staffed, they were very pleasant and welcoming and not once did they mention that they were overwhelmed or under staffed. They took our orders, tended to the Door Dashers, customers in the dining area and still managed to find time to go and place some toilet paper in the bathroom, after I made them aware that the bathroom was out. Food came out fresh and piping hot, just like we like it! I want to give those 2 guys a Big Shoutout for getting the job done and not complaining about it! They rock
