  I have never been to a fast food restaurant and not one staff member acknowledged anyone. You order on the kiosk, zero contact and the manager comes to the register, says nothing, and does a count down. I was waiting to pay, but still no acknowledgement. Pathetic. I have to give a star, but they are not worth 1 star.

  The atmosphere was very terrible and customer service was very disrespectful. Never gave us silverware, we had ordered to-go. They stood there and looked at us and ignored us. So we just left, very upset.

  This location continues to go downhill. The food quality has gotten mediocre. Just ordered my lunch to go. The 5 layer burrito was still cold to the touch.

  Staff friendly as always, but the last few times I've come here, the drive thru line has moved at a glacier pace. In fact, I'm currently in line right now, and have been for over thirty minutes. Can't even leave, since there are cars in front and behind me.
