  Went to this Taco Bell on 5/9. @ 8:46pm. The cashier Kane was so rude I really wanted to leave the food there. When we got to the window I had to wait for him to finish texting on his Apple Watch before he opened the window. Then he didn’t greet me, give me a total or anything. He said literally nothing and just put the card reader out the window. Then he closed window. And started texting on his watch again. I have an Apple watch so I know what texting looks like. Then when he got done he hands food and drink out the window and closes the window. This young man said not one word to me. We didn’t have a straw so I had to beep the horn to get his attention. Cause guess what he was doing? TEXTING. I was so aggravated. Then the fries were cold and the nacho cheese cup was half empty. Yall need to do better.

  Cold. Hard. Old. I have gone to the cotton grove location over 10-12 times over the past year and at different times of day and night and no matter the shift or who is there it’s always slow anything on the menu feels like it was made hours ago. All of this is assuming all the food is in the bag. Usually it is not. Management and owner need to do A LOT BETTER. If I could give 0 stars I would.

  The ladies were very kind and friendly. The food was well prepared and my wife had one of the best Mexican pizzas in a long long time
