  A small highly specialized ice cream parlor offering premium flavors at moderate prices. Indoor and outdoor dining are available with occasional music performances available in the outdoor dining area. It's a perfect area for evening activities with enough room for kids to run around. Music venues are small relatively quiet, with the biggest constraint being parking. Ice cream is served portable and easy to eat in a car as a passenger. They have the guts to give you small plastic spoons that force you to eat slowly and savor the experience.

  Serving Hershey ice-cream so always great. The portions are larger than anywhere else.

  Lots of flavors to choose from, Delicious ice cream. Clean diningroom, friendly & helpful staff. Plenty of seating in and outside. They also have live music on certain dates. Highly recommended

  High Rock Scoop Shack has a wonderful selection and is in a perfect spot. I really appreciated the owner honoring the Google hours (said the time was approved by the owner) and serving us even though they said they were closed. While one staff member was perfectly fine, the other seemed frustrated that we were there. She was heavy-handed with the toppings after I asked for light topping and made some unnecessary comment about the closing time. I’ve had better service here before, so I hope this was just an isolated incident with the younger staff. I do enjoy the flavors offered at the Scoop Shack, and I’ll probably come back for more in hopes the nephew or owner is working that day.
