  Clean. Mostly fresh produce. Broad selections to choose from. Like most foodlions each one carries its own stock. So go have a look see if you are in the area. Currently a bit of construction but not enough to say its in the way of parking and what not.

  Awesome, love the place. Ppl are great and shelves are alway stocked and the meat department workers are the most helpful i have ever encountered. Lexington NC cotton Grove rd

  Every time I come to this Food Lion there is a man roaming the parking lot asking for money. Its a bit scary. He seems to approach only women.

  Absolutely outraged, if you are a parent with a young daughter or just a woman in general steer clear of their bathrooms. I was shopping when my daughter came running to me after being in the rest room and she was frightened because apparently a man was in the women's restroom with Absolutely no reason to be there. When i told a worker at the store they did nothing and said it was a normal thing. DO NOT use their women's restroom as it clearly isnt safe for women to have basic privacy and safety in such a vulnerable time and place.

  It is clean and they have things there that Walmart does not and vice versa and I will continue going to food Lion because the people are respectful and friendly
