- AWAshley WaggJun 9, 20261.0If you order carside delivery, they will go ahead and hit the button on their screen that says you have already picked up your order which forces you to go inside and pick it up because your app doesn’t give you the “here” button since it shows you picked up your order (even though you didn’t) had this happen multiple times and when confronted they lie to cover their butts saying the it went through as inside pick up…even though it shows on my app it is NOT. Very frustrating.

I love their stuffed cheesy bread but it has clearly shrunk pretty substantially. They also no longer offer one sauce with it. That aside, for "fast food" pizza, theirs is some of the best around.

I drove to the store because my son was dead set on Cheese bread. I placed an order in store and every single item cost $2-6 more than the items would if ordered from the exact same store online. The staff acknowledged that the app was not working, but did not offer any compensation for driving in to place an order, and worse, would not "price match" their own online prices. I spent significantly more money on food I had to drive to pick up and wait on. We normally order Dominos several times a month, but I don't plan on ordering again anytime soon. Extremely disappointing customer service. I am also emailing Dominos corporate headquarters about the experience .
