The automated AI drive-thru system is clunky, frustrating, and prone to mistakes, completely ruining the customer experience.Worse yet, the wait times are ridiculous—even when there are no other guests in line or inside the restaurant. It makes no sense to wait forever for food when the place is completely empty. When you finally get your order, the food is often cold, stale, or missing items.Save your time and money. Drive past this location and go to the Highway 64 store instead
- SCShane CassidySep 12, 20261.0The family and myself got a little hungry at lunch time, so after riding around town for about 20 minutes going back and forth about where to eat at, we just settled on Bojangles, mainly because the parking lot was empty. Apparently there is a reason for that. Upon entering the restaurant, we try to place our order for 2 sausage egg and cheese combos, and apparently we were speaking a foreign language to the person taking orders, because they were completely lost trying to figure out the order. After a short 20 minute wait, we almost got all of the food we ordered. They did finally bring out the kids order a short 10 minutes after that. If you’re in a hurry I might suggest elsewhere, other than that it wouldn’t take much to make this a decent place to eat. Of the 5 people working I would try to make sure that at least 3 of the employees have a clue as to what is going on.
