- AIAziz Bangurah IV1 day ago1.0I honestly don’t understand how this Bojangles location manages to stay in business with how poorly it’s run. The Lexington location is one of the most inefficient fast-food restaurants I’ve ever visited. Every visit seems to involve an unnecessarily long wait, regardless of whether you’re inside or in the drive-thru. The employees often appear disorganized, orders move at a painfully slow pace, and there never seems to be any sense of urgency. Fast food is supposed to be convenient, but this location completely misses the mark. What’s most frustrating is that this isn’t a one-time experience—it’s a consistent pattern. Customers shouldn’t have to wonder if they’re going to spend 20–30 minutes waiting for a simple meal. Better management, improved training, and a focus on efficiency would make a huge difference. Bojangles has a great menu, but this Lexington location does a disservice to the brand. Until they address the operational issues and start valuing customers’ time, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

There was no paper towels. It was clear it had been left in this condition for some time. It was not busy when I stop by so the team there had plenty of time and resources to clean. Truly the health department should shut this place down there is no way there is sanitized eating facilities when the restroom is in this diabolical of a situation.

The cashier handed us the "pack slip" with our receipt... so after standing around and watching several others receive their order, we asked about it. The girl packing bags was quick to get an attitude lecturing me on being polite when I politely pointed out we were handed the pack slip by the cashier.. I'm not going to waste more time arguing with a teenager who has no concept of how to treat a customer. At that point, we were done.. worst customer service ever. Got our refund but will never get those 20 minutes of our lives back. New leadership and employees are desperately needed at this location.

Then im almost at the windows and the car in front of me that's at the window sat there for almost 10 minutes. They didn't have them pull up to help the rest of us in the line. I drove off without my food and I will never spend my money at this Bojangles!!
