- CCcarol CombsMay 31, 20261.0Went today and ordered two chicken sandwiches and the kid running the drive thru got an attitude because we asked for both on a bun instead of a biscuit and then only tried to give one so I husband said I think you only got one of them wanted 1 grilled sandwich and 1 Cajun sandwich so then she got an attitude very rude and then would not take the payment 1 other girl took payment and another 1 gave the food so we took the food and when we opened them to eat them the Cajun 1 was just plain bread and chicken , the children that are working at that store need to be restrained on how to work with customers. They are lazy and only want to sand around and talk and not deal with anyone . I will not return there again and will not recommend it to anyone . BoJangles is just running down in food and the workers suck . .
- TLt lMay 24, 20265.0Whoever was making the biscuits around 5pm today, Sunday May 24th, 2026, is categorically a master biscuit maker. I dont know if they will ever read this, but it was THE BEST BISCUIT that I have had at a fast food place for a long long time. Fluffy, slightly gold with a buttery crust just about the edges, it was glorious! Biscuit making is something you have to work at to get this good, and today's biscuit, at this Bojangles was on par. I shouldn't downplay the staff who presented said biscuit to me. They were polite , friendly, smiling; everything you would want customer service to be in an industry often awash with surly, unprofessional, or completely indifferent attitudes towards the customer. I cant gaurantee that your experience here will be the same, but whoever you are biscuit maker, you are not a fast food cook. You are an artist. Thank you.
