- WBWayne Benge3 days ago1.0Me and my girlfriend went in tonight oct 2nd at approximately 830pm to get dinner,went through the drive through. When we got our food after having to wait almost 20 minute on a Cajun filet combo this biscuit was still doughy the filet looked raw and was hard and still cold in some spots and they forgot the fry all together and the biscuit in my girlfriends combo when I went back in they told me it was fresh it was clearly not I was trying to have a discussion with the lady behind the register and little young black girl who was running everything and clearly irresponsible chimed in and said the Cajun was fresh it was clearly not it was so light colored and cold and the biscuit was all crumbled and white not done at all and she had and attitude and did she didn’t know what to tell me. I walked out when my girlfriend walked back in she caught her in the middle of making a comment about “white people” we will never return to this location again and that girl does not need to work there she was extremely racist, rude and lazy, it was a young black girl with a red bun on her head and locks of hair.

It was good and I'll order the blueberry biscuit again. I've seen the signs but never ordered a blueberry biscuit before. It was flavorful. Might head back this way tomorrow to drop another load off from Texas to this area. So I'll definitely be back.

- CWCammie WalkerSep 4, 20261.0Visited hwy 64 w Bojangles in Lexington NC this morning around 8 am. Long line, and at least 6 people waiting for orders. I waited 15 minutes to give my order 2 biscuits and a tea. Only one employee, a lady who was the biscuit maker, was earning her pay! In fact, she deserves a raise! She was apologizing to everyone for their wait time, asking customers what their order was and completing orders. She was verbally communicating with line, saying things like, waiting on a ham biscuit, get me a family order of bo rounds please, etc.The young man on the register needed help putting orders in and she finally said to manager(who was running the drive through) that he was needed at the register. He walked over like a zombie, never made eye contact with anyone and fixed error. After about 20 minutes total, I received my order. The lady gave me my order and personally apologized for my wait. She said, I'm the biscuit maker, I'm just trying to help out. My recommendation is fire everyone except her, and make her manager. Workers have no people skills, don't care about customer service, and move like snails. It's a shame. I think all fast food restaurants need to model their business like Chick-fil-A. They offer excellent customer service!
