They're advertising the new Prime French dip sandwich but they don't have it in stock so I had to just get something else. Granted everything on the menu is delicious in my opinion but I really wanted to try that new sandwiches on the commercial

I am disappointed in the service i received tonight. I came through the drive through with my bf and we ordered a 3 strip meal, a slider, and two sets of curly fries. It took over 20 minutes to get our food due to only one person working the drive through who was on a call with a friend while she was taking our order. We had gone inside twice to figure out what was taking so long, the first time there was only one person inside doing everything, and the second two more people came inside to help. The cashier had asked what we needed, and after we told him he immediately went onto his phone after realizing he couldn’t do anything. We also noticed the woman making food only had one glove on, while the other didn’t have any and she had on long nails that could’ve transferred germs into the food. I am unhappy because we were not informed of why we were waiting so long, and because 5 cars that were behind us got their food before we did. Their attitudes were very rude and dismissive, and customer service was not there. They didn’t try to make the situation better after we had complained and messed up one of our fries.
