Ordered pizza and hate that most of it was lacking cheese. The pizza was basically sauce with toppings and if I want extra cheese the price is ridiculous and not worth it! I even left a good tip to then be given pizza with barely any cheese. Upset with results!

The delivery person was as RUDE as I've ever seen. Will definitely not get delivery from this Pizza Hut again
On March 14 at 11:43 AM, I called the Pizza Hut location on Styers Ferry Rd in Lewisville, NC to place a delivery order. The employee who answered, James, spoke in a rude and unprofessional tone. Although I noticed his attitude, I chose to ignore it and continued placing my order.
A short time later, James called back stating that my card had declined. While still on the phone, I checked my bank account and saw the charge pending, so I contacted my bank to confirm. My bank verified that the transaction had successfully gone through.
I called the store back and asked for a manager, and James stated that he was the manager. Even after I explained that the payment had processed, he remained dismissive and frustrated. As a disabled veteran who served two tours, I expect basic respect and professionalism. This experience was very disappointing.

Ordered food, came an hour late, the delivery online never updated. They left it on the heat light way too long because of it and my buffalo wings turned black. Reached out to customer service still waiting a response.

One star…only because I had to choose. Ordered their new “Edge” pizza online. I kept a screenshot to verify what I had ordered. It was prepared nothing like I had ordered. They definitely do not understand how to dress the two sides differently. It was overcooked with very little tomato sauce and cheese.
I called and spoke to the person who identified themselves as manager. I explained my issues, and her response was “thank you”. I caught her in time to say, "What, no apology?" She claimed she apologized in the beginning, but I was explaining the issue to her the entire conversation until I paused at the end expecting an apology. I will not order from this Pizza Hut again. If this keeps up; I do not understand how they will stay in business. At the very least, we should have been comped another pizza at a later time. Product and customer service was totally unacceptable! They have some pretty tough competition in this area. They better improve their game.
