  Ordered online while sitting here and ordered my child a hot dog with only ketchup and they brought it out with everything on it so I called to order another one for him and when they came out I explained it was wrong but they just said "oh well is there anything else I can get you" instead of fixing it!!!! And the choc shake and root beer float were both melted and running over the cup and down into the drink carrier instead of being frozen or having ice in it... I wont waste my money here anymore that's for sure this place has gone down hill bad...

  To start , waited over 30 mins . Wasn't busy at all, hit the button ask where my order was . Was told they would make an be out in 2 mins. I tell to refund my $ wife had just gotten sick on her stomach. Wait probably 10 more mins walk up to door an kid comes out my order. I Said I ask for a refund. An you still made the food. What happen in 1st place . His reply a mix up in the order. Sonic management needs to step the game on leadership.
