  Going to McDonald’s you pay for extra Oreos and tell him you want extra extra Oreo and your mind at paying eight dollars for an Oreo McFlurry and then it was melted and my daughter‘s burger was raw

  I've sat at the pull up window for 30+ mins while car after car just goes by......two burgers and some nuggets.. not a huge order not complicated either... They said the guy ended up making the wrong food and can't get the order right. I don't see how you continually mess up a burger....They walked away... Said they would get it, then came back confused 15 mins later, not knowing what's going on. Go to a different McDonald's and save a headache.... We still didn't get correct food.

  Stopped by McDonald’s today and had an awesome experience! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly how I ordered it. The staff was super friendly and fast, even during a busy time. The place was clean, and everything just ran smoothly. Definitely one of the best visits I’ve had—keep up the great work! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Ordered on the app went an checked in literally waited for 20 mins I checked my app an it had said my order was picked up well it was not i went in an talked to the lady an my order was sitting right behind her the guy didnt even bring it out she had to add my fries that wasn't in the bag an all the drinks was the wrong size definitely need to get people that will actually work an do their job!!!

  My experience atMcdonalds store #3480 was very disappointing I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers no pickle the first time had no onions I asked it to be remade. The 2nd time manager came with it and said you can check it if you like so I did and again no onions on one I showed her she said there is onions they are small I was like yeah but there's only 4 tiny pieces of onion on it. Second burger had no onions on it whatsoever. Left with no food and an empty stomach. And my kids are now having to eat elsewhere. Bad management is the reason order's are not made to spec.
