  Walked in stood at the counter for 4 or minutes not one employee acknowledged me passed by me 5 or six times and not a peep bad customer service

  Arrived at this Dairy Queen at 8:30pm on a Sunday to my surprise they had closed the lobby with no Sign stating this fact when I knocked on the door I was looked at and ignored called the posted number for a manager on duty and it went to voicemail so I left a voicemail and called again but to the order service the call was picked up by the “manager” I explained my confusion and the received answer to my confusion was that the drive thru is open I was with friends looking to sit down and enjoy some company and food if I could give this 0 stars I would absolutely ridiculous that during posted open hours they weren’t truly open

  I have never been treated so poorly by a service worker. Plenty of other places in town where you can get treated like a HUMAN with just as good food. Go to one of those.

  This DQ has the worst tasting ice cream I've ever had at a DQ, not to mention my food was also terrible! They're selling whipped cream for ice cream, at the already overpriced DQ prices..shameful!
