  2nd time giving this Chipotle a chance, won’t order again. Over $100 to feed a family ( I know everything is expensive everywhere ) but when you charge over $5.00 for extras I expect there to be extra. No one got extra rice or meat, the rice was undercooked and hard, zero cilantro in the rice, cheese not melted in the quesadillas, been out of drinks and sauces both times that I’ve gone, rude, rude man that I’m assuming is the manager that yells from the drive thru out to the front “ DO YOU HAVE A PICK UP????!!!!” Chipotle on 321 in Hickory is the BEST- this store should go there for some training.

  Service was great but we're super upset we had a long day and were hungry decided to get chipotle we still had an hour drive till we got home and we chose to wait to eat at home. I'm super upset the meat was raw not edible at all and the pinto beans very hard . We couldn't eat it basically threw it in the trash we spent almost $50 had to go to sleep with no dinner who can i contact for a refund.

  The employees are always nice & the portion sizes are better than at most locations, but they NEVER properly close/seal the burrito bowls. This always ends in either the entire bag ripping and my food ending up on the ground, or it leaking onto my clothes. Today was the last straw as the bag leaked onto my clothes and inside my car seats.

  I come here often (ordering drive thru pickup) and most times it is a good portion and tastes as I expected! The only thing that regularly bothers me is how many forks and napkins come in the bag. When ordering online I never check the box saying “include napkins and utensils” but I always get a huge stack of napkins and multiple forks for no reason. I don’t know who needs this but I would assume it is not regular to need 5 forks for one burrito… I just feel like it is wasteful and I hate throwing unused plastic away.

  Ya know i like the food but why do we post hrs of operation if there's no need for them? I dont understand how someone will have a sign that says closing at 10 and not answer the phone 10 min before so I can just relay ill be there a while they may be closing. I have had issues with 3 different employees having attitudes and honestly ive held back until now. The food? Yea its ok but I honestly dont know if its worth the attitude and hastle. Just a heads up this isnt a 1 time review ive always reviewed very precise and make sure im honest Ive reviewed alot this isnt a "im mad so im reviewing just to be mean" this is truth and btw dont expect to pay the same price 2 times in a row your same order will be between 12-30$
