The past few times I’ve come and got my wife’s drink with sugar free, you guys don’t make it with sugar free syrup. My wife has diabetes and it’s very important that if I’m paying $8 for a drink it’s made correctly. The last time I called stating that this had happened, you rudely told me I’d need to bring the entire drink after my shift- and you’d remake it- I didn’t want it to be remade I did not want a refund- was just wanting it made correct next time. Today- same thing- drink made with syrups with sugar, we have a test kit and now have to use it on your drinks because your baristas don’t care how drinks are made.

Big 7brew fan here and I’ve been coming here for a while. It’s an awesome place. But I never thought an employee would make a snide remark about my mom being blind (like she thought neither one of us couldn’t hear her) and then continued to have an attitude when my mom called her out for it. Really not sure if either one of us will be back. It truly is a shame because we love this place. We’ll have to do some serious thinking before we even think about placing another order.
