  Decided to try 7 brew for the first time today and I got the frozen cookie butter first sip tasted great second sip Im fishing out a crunchy bug out of my mouth. They gave me a new one with no apology but definitely threw the second one out didnt bother to try it just because I was worried I would get a repeat..

  Before 7Brew opened, I had three opportunities to try their sample drinks, which were phenomenal. Today was the first day that I actually purchased a drink. Since I have never had a matcha latte, I was looking forward to trying one. I ended up with a horchata drink and no matcha. I am so disappointed.😩 The drink wasn't even green.

  The coffee is good. I get the “brunette”, although I’m not a fan of the name. Workers are attentive and help you quickly. They’ve done a great job marketing since coming to Lenoir with promotions, charity contributions, and giveaways. Otherwise, I probably would’ve never visited, as I’m not a regular coffee drinker. The only thing I really don’t care for is the constant loud music. It’s obnoxious when waiting in line and makes ordering more difficult.

  It’s a traffic nightmare. The drive thru is a nightmare and when this place gets busy it’s backs up traffic everywhere in town. Take it somewhere else.

  This is so embarrassing but anyways here goes. If I could give them 100 stars i would!!! I was driving a truck that i was not used to because someone needed to barrow my car. The muffers are loud, so I turned the truck off so I could order and not yell at the lady. Well, the truck would not start back. They helped me push the truck out of drive-thru and helped me jump the truck off. This took over 30 minutes. They are an amazing bunch. Im beyond greatfull for their help. They went above and beyond their job. So please go by and support this group of amazing people!!!! Yes I got a smoothie and it was amazing!!!! I will get many more too!!!
