RUDE EXPERIENCE OVERALL. THE STAFF SAW THAT I NEEDED HELP AND JUST STARED INSTEAD OF ASSISTING ME. MY ORDER WAS ALSO WRONG. THE ONLY EMPLOYEE WHO OFFERED TO HELP WAS A TALL YOUNG MAN WITH GLASSES. EVEN THOUGH HE WAS EXTREMELY BUSY, HE STILL TOOK THE TIME TO ASSIST ME AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE DESERVES RECOGNITION AND A RAISE. THE REST OF THE STAFF COULD DEFINITELY BENEFIT FROM BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING.

The past few trips to this location have not been the best experience. The wait to receive our food was astronomical. At one point we asked for a refund, and we had learned that they lost our order.

I made a very simple purchase. It was not busy at all. I requested decaf instead of reg. The employee then sighed at me and told me I was going to have to wait. I told her I was sorry for upsetting her so much. I waited for 15 min for a small coffee, hashbrown, and bacon egg and cheese biscuit in an empty McDonalds. The food was sitting on the back counter the whole time, while I was waiting for coffee. I couldn't wait any longer because I had an appointment to get to. It took another 5 mins to convince the "manager" to give me a refund when she would actually come speak to me. She kept trying to force me to take the cold food that had been sitting there, by now shoving a tray at me. I said it was cold, I don't have time, over and over again. This should be pulled up on the cameras and she should be fired. I have never said that about anyone before.

Try to get the Mario Happy meal they didn't have any Mario toys but didn't offer to fix anything or make it right
All the employees seem disgrunted and extremely rude

It wasn't a bad experience at all. It was busy and you could tell the folks managing the front counter were tired of interacting with door dash drivers that hung on the the counters and yelled whatever their intentions were into the back kitchen area. I was also disappointed in not being able to refill or portion my own drinks out when finished. Nothing the employees can control, just not a fan of the way things played out today.
