  Worse location ever. They take SO LONG and they are very rude. Don’t try to order at the counter or they make you feel invisible. Not just once or twice but every time I’ve visited, it’s been the same problem.

  ZERO STARS!!!! Will never return. Walked in to look at the breakfast menu. Waited 5 minutes at the front counter watching the Manager and employees look over at me and others in line and turn their heads. They ignored us. Finally the manager sent someone over to tell us all they had no one to run the front counter. I'm sure the manager could, but she had no interest. Come on McDonald's...... YOU CAN DO BETTER. As for me, I will not be back.

  Drive thru wait time is absurd, especially in the early mornings like 6-8. The manager here is horrible at time management and team management. Maybe it’s not 100% managements fault, but waiting in line for 20+ minutes for a coffee or a biscuit while actively listening to them gossip about the car in front of you because they left their microphones on, is annoying and not professional.

  This McDonald’s has a serious management deficiency. I hate to give it a bad review but it’s been constant lately. 3-4 employees sitting in the lounge at 11pm while others are struggling and running back and forth in the back. The poor lady who took my order was so frazzled and just apologized every time we interacted. Missing items in our order, very stale food, whoever the managers are need fired or seriously retrained because after waiting 45 minutes for missing and low quality food is just not great from any angle. Truly a disappointing experience, and it’s a trend. My hopes are usually already pretty low for McDonald’s but this was far below even that.

  This is literally the worst McDonald's in the history of all McDonald's. Literally every aspect you can think of about this place is always terrible. Terrible food, terrible people, terrible service. Even when it's not busy at all they'll still take forever because it's like they don't even have the mental capacity to work in a McDonald's.
